Clear view even on rainy days.By using high water-repellent and durable fluorinated coating, it provides improved visibility on rainy days comparing with normal glass. Contact angle – the standard of judging water-repellency, acts as an index of water-repelling ability by looking at the ease of the water droplet to be split into small round beads. The bigger the angle is, the higher the water-repellency the surface has. When a low surface organic film is formed and the cohesive force of water is larger than the adhesive force, the water droplet would cohere as a sphere (with a big contact angle) and that is how water-repellency is discovered.

Glass for improved safety-
Antifog glass is highly effective for preventing fog that adversely affects visibility. Heating wires printed on the glass surface remove fog by electrical heat.
This kind of glass is mainly used as rear glass. When electric current is applied through this conductive ink, the glass will be heated, thereby defogging and hence a clear view can be attained.
